FAQ’s
Delivery
Your order will be sent to you within 3 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding all Australian and Victorian Holidays.
Your goods will be shipped by our preferred courier, Sendle, or Australia Post. If you are not home a ‘safe drop’ location will be identified and a notification card will be dropped in your letter box. If a safe location is not found they will leave a note to advise you how to arrange a redelivery, or which local outlet you can collect your parcel from.
Sendle deliveries are 100% carbon neutral. Parcel tracking will be available within 24 hours of your parcel dispatch.
For special delivery instruction, please email us at info@ethicsdisrupted.com with the order number in the subject line.
We do not deliver outside Australia at this time.
Packaging
We use sustainable, eco-friendly and recycled packaging materials and recycle all materials we receive.
Payments
We accept payments via credit card or Paypal. All transactions on this website are processed using Paypal which encrypt your credit card details in a secure host environment. We do not store any of your credit card details within our system.
Refunds
Where your goods are faulty, wrongly described or don’t do what they are supposed to do, you are welcome to choose a refund or exchange. Please retain your receipt for proof of purchase and contact us within 14 days of receipt of goods to arrange your return. Shipping costs are not refundable.

We can not guarantee that all products will meet all the above, however it is our honest goal to meet as many of these criteria as possible. We launch our products one range at a time, slowly, ethically, sustainably. Shopping with us, you know you are purchasing the best eco-friendly and ethical products, thinking globally but acting locally, making the world more equitable and sustainable and bringing about positive change.
